Change of settlement structure for ETFs of iShares IV plc

Effective 21 September 2015, BlackRock (iShares IV plc) will convert its Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) to the International Central Securities Depository (ICSD) model.

The first migration wave will consist of 18 ETFs (listed in attached circular) issued under the iShares IV umbrella and offered for trading on Xetra (MIC: XETR) and Börse Frankfurt (MIC: XFRA). Record date will be 18 September 2015 and effective date 21 September 2015.

Following the successful conversion, shares of these ETFs will no longer be held in collective safe custody (CSC) but in non-collective safe custody (NCSC). For DE ISIN holders, the conversion process will also include a one-for-one DE for IE ISIN exchange as listed below. Short codes of the converting ETFs will remain unchanged.

All converting ETFs will remain CCP-eligible. Settlement of converted ETFs will take place on a Clearstream Banking Frankfurt International ("CBF-I") 6-series account with settlement location "CBL". The settlement account of Eurex Clearing will be "67525".
Pending trades will be switched to the ICSD model during the migration weekend.
