Eurex Clearing
As announced in Eurex Clearing circular 091/14, Eurex Clearing will amend its Clearing Conditions to implement the following changes:
Eurex Clearing will offer a modified form of its omnibus and individual segregation models to non-EU Clearing Members in jurisdictions where local law might interfere with the standard clearing models of Eurex Clearing.
Eurex Clearing has conducted a one month consultation period from 17 July 2014 until 18 August 2014 on the topics of this circular pursuant to Chapter I Part 1 Number 17.3 of the Clearing Conditions.
Eurex Clearing has not received any comments that led to further amendments of the version of the Clearing Conditions which was subject of the consultation process.
Attached to this circular you will find the updated sections of the Clearing Conditions as approved by the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG on 16 July 2014.
Please note that all of the proposed changes will come into effect on 20 November 2014 under the precondition that the Supervisory Board of Eurex Clearing AG will finally approve them on 9 October 2014.
