With this Newsflash, Eurex Clearing wants to draw your attention to the possibility to test the upcoming expiration (JUN21) of Eurex Fixed Income Futures Contracts in the C7 SCS Release 1.0 Simulation and to available documents regarding corporate actions focus weeks.

1. Eurex Contracts and Deliverable Bonds ISINs available for testing

C7 positions will result in Deliverable Bonds which are available in the C7 SCS Simulation environment. With the following Eurex Fixed Income Futures expiring in C7 simulation on 8 June 2021, the C7 SCS processing for bond delivery can be tested, offering securities clearing and settlement in simulation, either with a Settlement Simulator or with a direct end-to-end (E2E) connection at CBF/T2S:

Please be aware that the T7 position in the respective contract must be created in T7/C7 simulation before the expiration date and the respective deliverable bond has to be notified/allocated in order to create a physical delivery in the deliverable bond ISINs listed above.

2. Publication of additional documents

A. Focus weeks for corporate actions - further information

The following documents have been published on the C7 SCS Release 1.0 Initiative Page under Support > Initiatives & Releases > C7 SCS Releases > C7 SCS Release 1.0:

• Corporate Action Focus Day details for C7 SCS 1.0 Member Simulation – CA Input CBF
• Corporate Action Focus Day details for C7 SCS 1.0 Member Simulation – CA Input SIX SIS

These documents contain a detailed description and information about focus weeks for corporate actions that are part of the C7 SCS 1.0 Member Simulation with end-to-end (E2E) connection to CBF and SIX SIS.

B. Release Notes - update

An updated version of the Release Notes has been published. In comparison to the previous version published in March 2021, this version includes updates in the following chapters:

• Chapter 4.4 “Linking before Aggregation”
• Chapter 8.3 “Usage of extended CBF service offering for message type 'MT530 Transaction Processing Command' in context of C7 SCS”
• Chapter 8.4 “Settlement Reporting in case of CBF settlement in foreign currencies”
