Eurex Clearing Readiness Newsflash | C7 SCS Release 6.0: Start of Simulation phase on 15 September 2026
With this Newsflash, Eurex Clearing informs Clearing Members, ISA Direct Clearing Members, Disclosed Direct Clients and vendors that the simulation environment for C7 SCS Release 6.0 will be available as of Tuesday, 15 September 2026.
The simulation phase provides participants with the opportunity to test their applications and operational processes ahead of the production launch of C7 SCS Release 6.0 which is scheduled for 16 November 2026.
Scope of the Simulation
The simulation environment reflects the functional scope of C7 SCS Release 6.0:
- Settlement of Non-German ISINs via CEU-T2S accounts for Special Repo market for Denmark, Austria and Ireland
- Addition of Scandinavian currencies as eligible cash currencies for the GC Pooling market
- Early Novation and Netting of ISA Direct Light transactions
Documentation
All relevant Member documentation valid for simulation, especially Member Simulation Guide and Release Notes are available on the Eurex Clearing website www.eurex.com/ec-en/ under: C7 SCS Releases > System Documentation.
Recommended action
Participants are strongly encouraged to actively participate in the simulation phase and ensure their systems are prepared for the upcoming production launch. Clearing Members and vendors should review the documentation and perform comprehensive testing.
