Eurex Clearing Readiness Newsflash | CCP processing for T2S Release deployment weekend 8 - 11 September 2023
Dear Client,
We would like to inform you about the T2S Release on 11 September 2023 which will affect Eurex Clearing’s C7 SCS processing.
Eurex Clearing acts as a T2S Indirectly Connected Participant (ICP) and uses Clearstream Banking AG, Frankfurt (CBF) as a Settlement Agent towards T2S. Eurex Clearing will not be directly affected by the T2S software deployment. In the context of T2S Release - September 2023, Eurex Clearing will keep its processing towards the customers stable over the T2S deployment weekend from 8 September to 11 September 2023.
The T2S software deployment starts in the evening of Friday, 8 September 2023. Hence, CBF’s processing of settlement instructions sent after 20:00 CEST and T2S Night-time Settlement (NTS) will not take place on the respective Friday and no settlement results will be provided at this time.
Please note that C7 SCS reports generated on Friday, 8 September 2023 evening, generally do not contain information on settlements fulfilled during NTS on the same evening.
