Eurex Clearing Readiness Newsflash | Collateral Management System enhancement: USD Type of Money "TERM" with value date T+0
Dear Clearing Member,
With this Newsflash, Eurex Clearing announces the introduction of USD Type of Money "TERM" with value date T+0.
Previously, USD TERM cash transactions had to be manually entered via the CMS GUI at least one business day before the Value Date for both directions. With this enhancement, TERM cash transactions can also be entered on the Value Date for both directions. In other words, Clearing Members will have the possibility to deposit or withdraw USD cash collateral with zero-day pre-advice.
This feature is available in simulation and was made available in production on 10 May 2021.
This optional feature does not require FIXML implementation and there is no impact on the CMS Collateral GUI or clearing reports.
