Eurex Clearing Readiness Newsflash | Project UNO – Market Activation Wave 3 – Special Migration process for Telia Company AB
With this Newsflash, Eurex Clearing informs you about Project UNO – Market Activation Wave 3 – Special Migration process for Telia Company AB.
As part of Project UNO Wave 3, Clearstream Europe AG (CEU) will migrate the custody setup for Telia Company AB (ISIN SE0000667925) from the Finnish market to the Swedish home market on 10 September 2026. This is a special migration process due to the historical market setup of this security. For details see Clearstream announcement D26033.
From an Eurex Clearing perspective, there is no impact on cleared business:
- Eurex Clearing transactions in Telia Company AB (ISIN SE0000667925) will continue to be processed as usual. The settlement location CEU is kept. No cancellation or reinstruction of Eurex Clearing settlement transactions pending at CEU is required.
- The migration activity is limited to Clearstream's custody and settlement setup for the underlying security. Clients holding cleared positions through Eurex Clearing are not required to take any action.
Please note that after the migration, settlement with domestic counterparties will take place through the Swedish market setup rather than through the Finnish market setup. Therefore, Clearing Members, or their appointed Settlement Institutions, should review their standing settlement flows for potential realignments in Telia Company AB (ISIN SE0000667925) towards CEU to ensure that they reflect the Swedish market.
