With this Newsflash, we would like to draw your attention to the upcoming publications, events and actions necessary for the ongoing initiatives:
01 Dec | Consultation: Clearing Conditions and the FCM Default Rules of Eurex Clearing AG | Several amendments to the Clearing Conditions and FCM Default Rules become effective. |
01 Dec | Amendments to the Price List regarding alternative fee currency for FX Derivatives with quote currency Australian Dollar and editorial changes to the GTC to the Agreement on Technical Connection to the Clearing EDP become effective. | |
06 Dec | The simulation environment will be available with limited scope. | |
06 Dec | Amendments to the Clearing Conditions, the Default Management Auction Rules and the Price List become effective. | |
13 Dec | Changes related to the introduction of the risk-free reference rate based OTC XCCY Transactions in the currency pair GBP/USD | |
13 Dec | New production start date | |
22 Dec | Consultation regarding changes to the Clearing Conditions and Default Management Committee Rules ends | |
24 Dec | Clearing, settlement and cash clearing on 24 December and 31 December 2021 | Reminder that since 2009, 24 December and 31 December are regular settlement days and are included in the regular clearing and settlement calendar of Eurex Clearing. |
31 Dec | Eurex Clearing AG offers reduced transaction fees for selected MSCI Futures until 31 December 2021. This temporary reduction is extended from 1 January 2022 until 31 December 2022. |
