Eurex Clearing Readiness Newsflash | Updates July 2020

With this Newsflash, we would like to draw your attention to the upcoming publications, events and actions necessary for the ongoing initiatives:
01 July | Equity index derivatives and property derivatives: Discontinuation of clearing services | Discontinuation of clearing services for equity index futures, equity index options and property index futures will be come effective. |
06 July | ETF settlement: Change of settlement structure for ETFs of Xtrackers (IE) Plc | Xtrackers (IE) Plc will convert their Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) traded on Xetra (MIC: XETR) and Börse Frankfurt (MIC: XFRA) to the International Central Securities Depository (ICSD) model from 6 July 2020. |
07 July | Amendments to the Clearing Conditions and FCM Regulations of Eurex Clearing AG | Amendments to the Pledge Agreements / Full Title Transfer Agreement to account for changes to the references to General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Clearstream Banking AG (CBF) will come into effect as of 7 July 2020. |
09 July | Amendments to the Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG – Consultation | The Consultation of Special Provisions of the Clearing Conditions will end with the expiry of 9 July 2020. |
27 July | Eurex OTC Clear Release 10.1 production launch will be on 27 July 2020. | |
30 July | The simulation start of Post Prisma 9.3 - Cash market margining activation in the Prisma system. |
