Eurex Clearing
Eurex Clearing would like to announce that the Eurex Clearing specific Annexes for the market standard client clearing documentation have been finalised in coordination with the German Banking Association,
ISDA and FIA Europe as well as major market participants.
Given that the finalisation of the documentation took longer than anticipated, Eurex Clearing recognises that it may not be possible for many Clearing Members (CM) and Registered Customers (RC) to complete the admission process by the due date (30 May 2014) for the final step of qualification for the fee waiver programme.
As a resultof these delays in the availability of the complete documentation, we are changing the due date for completion of the onboarding process under the fee waiver programme to 31 July 2014. Pleasealso see Eurex Clearing circular 040/14 for additional details.
If you have any questions or require further information, please contact Clearing Business Relations at tel. +44-20-78 62-72 18 or e-mail clearingrelations@eurexclearing.com.
