This circular explains the amendments to the Clearing Conditions for Eurex Clearing AG (Clearing Conditions), which will be made in conjunction with the introduction of product and service expansions and amendments with EurexOTC Clear Release 5.0. All amendments will come into effect on 1 December 2014.
Attached to this circular are the updated sections of the Clearing Conditions as decided by the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG on 29 October 2014.
