Eurex Clearing
Eurex Repo currently offers open, variable and open-variabletransactions in the Euro Repo market for special repo and GC basket transactions. Clearing is conducted by means of special repo transactions by Eurex Clearing. With immediate effect, Eurex Clearing extends its clearing services for open, variable and open-variable repo transactions on Eurex Repo to GC Pooling®.
In this conjunction, parts of the STOXX®GC Pooling®EUR index family provided by STOXX®are implemented as additional reference rates for variable and open-variable repo transactions.
The clearing service extension for open, variable and open-variable repotransactions to GC Pooling®has no impact on the CCP processing. The risk management methodology and the Eurex Clearing fees remain unchanged.
