Eurex Clearing AG hereby informs you that Eurex Clearing AG extended the Porting Period with respect to customer transactions of the Clearing Member Maple Bank GmbH (Member ID: FMBFR).
On 8 February 2016, Eurex Clearing AG published a Porting Notice with respect to the Elementary Omnibus Standard Agreement (Pool ID: FMBFRXSTANDARD) entered into between Eurex Clearing AG and its Clearing Member Maple Bank GmbH (Member ID: FMBFR). According to the Porting Notice, the Porting Period ends at 13:00 (Frankfurt am Main local time) on 9 February 2016.
With this circular, Eurex Clearing AG publishes the notice on the extension of the porting period with respect to the Maple Bank GmbH’s Elementary Standard Agreement pursuant to Chapter I Part 2 Number 8.3.3 sentence 3 of the Clearing Conditions. After the extension, the Porting Period ends at 18:00 (Frankfurt am Main local time) on 9 February 2016.
