This circular announces amendments to the Clearing Conditions for Eurex Clearing AG (Clearing Conditions) in order to define more precisely the regime for the delivery of Fixed Income Futures contracts and the rules applied in case of failure to deliver.
The amended sections of the Clearing Conditions as decided by the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG are attached to this circular and will come into effect on 9 March 2015.
