Eurex Clearing
On 27 May 2014, it was announced in Eurex Clearing circular 067/14 that Eurex Clearing will offer clearing services for FX futures and FX options on six currency pairs traded on Eurex Exchange.The product group IDs for FX futures specified in section 7. of the circular were incorrect. This circular provides the corrected product group IDs for FX futures.
In addition, the circular highlights the updated sections of the Clearing Conditions for Eurex Clearing AG with respect to non-eligibility of U.S. Persons for the clearing of FX options transactions and timing of the determination of the final settlement price.
