Eurex Clearing
Eurex Clearing hereby publishes the adjusted Clearing Conditions for Eurex Clearing AG (Clearing Conditions), the adjusted and enhanced Price List for Eurex Clearing AG (Price List), the adjusted Connection Agreement as well as the adjusted General Terms and Conditions to the Connection Agreement with regard to theintroduction of the CCP Service for GC Pooling Select as decided by the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG on 27 March 2013.
The adjusted and enhanced Clearing Conditions and the adjusted and enhanced Price List will come into effect on 16 April 2013,the adjusted Connection Agreement and the adjusted General Terms and Conditions to the Connection Agreement will come into effect on 9 May 2013.
