Eurex Clearing
In preparation for the offering of clearing services for the following products:
the Rules and Regulations of Eurex Clearing AG have to be amended.
The amendments of the Clearing Conditions for Eurex Clearing AG subsequent to the Consultation Period which ended on 1 July 2015 as well as the amended sections of the Conditions for Utilization of the Eurex Trade Entry Services (General Conditions for Participation) and Price List for Eurex Clearing AG, as decided by the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG, are attached to this circular. Attachment 1a shows the Clearing Conditions as they will come into effect on 24 July 2015, attachment 1b shows the changes compared to the version distributed on 1 June 2015 with Eurex Clearing circular 058/15 (Consultation version).
All amendments will come into effect on 24 July 2015. The launch date as well as specific clearing related information on the new products will be announced with a separate Eurex Clearing circular in due time.
