Eurex Clearing
Due to regulatory requirements in Regulation (EU) No. 648/2012 on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories (EMIR), the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG has decided necessary amend-ments to the Statutes for the Risk Committee of Eurex Clearing AG (Risk Committee) as well as the Clearing Conditions for Eurex Clearing AG (Clearing Conditions) accordingly.
With this circular you will receive the amendments to the Statutes for the Risk Committee and to the Clearing Conditions decided by the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG on 4 February 2013.
The changes will become effective on 19 February 2013.
