With this circular, we would like to announce the following change of procedure with immediate effect:
Eurex Clearing will cease to publish dedicated circulars notifying changes and amendments regarding the General Supplement and Product Specific Supplements to the Eurex Liquidity Provider Agreements, in particular to the parameters, requirements, Liquidity Provider rebates or revenue sharing programmes.
Liquidity Providers may refer to the respective Eurex circular for detailed trading-related information as well as the relevant rules and regulations of Eurex Deutschland.

Unless the context requires otherwise, terms used and not otherwise defined in this circular shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Clearing Conditions.
