1. Introduction
At Eurex Deutschland, Equity Total Return Futures on shares in euro-denominated equities (“Equity TRFs”) and Basket Trades of Equity Total Return Futures (“Basket TRFs”) will be introduced on 7 October 2019 and not on 29 July 2019.

There is no action required for the participants.
3. Details
With Eurex Clearing circulars 041/19 and 050/19, Eurex Clearing announced amendments to its Clearing Conditions to prepare for the clearing of Equity Total Return Futures on shares in euro-denominated equities (“Equity TRFs”) and Basket Trades of Equity Total Return Futures (“Basket TRFs”), which will be introduced at Eurex Deutschland.
As announced, the amendments will come into effect on 29 July 2019. However, as communicated in Eurex circular 073/19, Equity TRFs and Basket TRFs will be introduced on 7 October 2019 and not on 29 July 2019. Consequently, the above-mentioned amendments, to the extent they relate to Equity TRFs and Basket TRFs, will only become operational as soon as the product is offered at Eurex Deutschland.
Please note that the availability of Equity TRFs and Basket TRFs in the T7 and C7 simulation is already in place and remains unaffected.
Unless the context requires otherwise, terms used and not otherwise defined in this circular shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG.
