With this Newsflash, we would like to make you aware that we are currently conducting our periodical KYC review for 2019.
What does this mean for you?
Our Client Services Team will approach you soon and will ask you to submit relevant KYC documentation and provide us with your answers to our Due Diligence Questions. Relevant documents, as well as the "Due Diligence Questionnaire" should be submitted within three weeks after our initial inquiry.
In order to allow us to approach the responsible Compliance Contact on your side directly, we kindly ask you to review and update your Compliance Contact in the Eurex Clearing Member Section until Friday, 26 July 2019, ideally with a group e-mail address.
Timeline:
| Until Friday, 26 July 2019: | Registration and verification of Compliance Contacts via the Eurex Clearing Member Section must be performed |

In order to make the KYC review as convenient as possible for you, we will soon create an Initiatives page on the Eurex Clearing website www.eurexclearing.com to bundle information and best practices for you.
