The temporary fee waiver will apply to Requesters for Eurex EnLight trades which
After an account transfer, give-up or average price processing, transactions will not be eligible for the fee waiver anymore. Eurex EnLight transactions benefitting from the fee waiver will not be considered for the calculation of volume rebates.

Unless the context requires otherwise, terms used and not otherwise defined in this circular shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG.
