Eurex Clearing
1. Introduction
Eurex Clearing AG (Eurex Clearing) successfully launched the LSOC clearing model, providing FCM Clearing Members and their FCM Clients with access to its clearing service. To minimise the testing effort for FCM Clients and further speed up the on-boarding process, the following measure of Eurex Clearing will apply:
2. Required action
FCM Clients have to register via an informal e-mail indicating to make use of the test activity incentive programme. The registration e-mail has to be sent to the dedicated Key Account Manager of the relevant FCM Client in advance of the swap test transactions.
3. Details of the initiative
The scope is limited to the first 20 swap test transactions with a notional in trade currency of up to 10 million each, entered into from 1 November 2019 until 29 February 2020. The fee waiver covers 100 percent of the booking and maintenance fees for the respective swap transactions.
Unless the context requires otherwise, terms used and not otherwise defined in this circular shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the FCM Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG.
