Dear Clearing Member,
In Eurex Clearing circular 021/20: Reporting by Eurex Clearing according to Article 9 EU Regulation No. 648/2012 (EMIR), Eurex Clearing announced some amendments of EMIR common data fields, which should be made effective in the reporting as of 30 March 2020.
Due to the corona crisis, the system release of our Trade Repository Regis-TR has been postponed. As we need this release for the updated EMIR data fields, we unfortunately need to move the amendment to the next possible date end of Q2 earliest. As soon as we have a concrete deployment date from our Trade Repository, a communication will be sent out with the new effective date.
