Eurex Clearing
1. Introduction
This circular contains information with respect to the service offering and amendment to the list of prioritised reports of Eurex Clearing and Eurex.
The amended list of prioritised reports is attached to this circular and will come into effect on 1 June 2020.
2. Required action
There is no action required from the Clearing Members.
3. Details
Currently, Eurex Clearing and Eurex maintain together a list of about 50 prioritised clearing and trading reports with the aim of making these reports available to members as soon as technically possible.
Based on member feedback, Eurex Clearing and Eurex have revised the selection of prioritised clearing and trading reports, as preferences have changed. As of 1 June 2020, the reports mentioned in the attached list will be classified as prioritised reports and are created with priority.
An overview of prioritised clearing and trading reports can also be found on the Deutsche Börse Group website www.deutsche-boerse.com under the following path:
Products/services > Information technology > Service status
On this website, traffic lights signal the availability of the prioritised reports on a daily basis.
Additionally, in case of a delay, the targeted time of availability is reported.
Going forward, it is planned to review and adjust this list of prioritised clearing and trading reports on an annual basis. Please note that the list of prioritised trading and clearing reports shall not exceed 50 reports.
Unless the context requires otherwise, terms used and not otherwise defined in this circular shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Clearing Conditions or FCM Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG, as applicable.
