Dear Clearing Member,
In Eurex Clearing circular 021/20: Reporting by Eurex Clearing according to Article 9 EU Regulation No. 648/2012 (EMIR), Eurex Clearing announced some amendments of EMIR common data fields, which should be made effective in the reporting as of 30 March 2020.
As we informed you in a newsflash from 27 March 2020, we had to defer the update of the fields because the system release of our Trade Repository Regis-TR was postponed.
The new effective date is 7 July 2020, i.e. the first reporting date with the new logic will be
6 July 2020.
