Eurex Clearing
1. Introduction
With this circular, Eurex Clearing AG (Eurex Clearing) informs about amendments to the Bonds Clusters and the Bonds Trading Sheet for the Default Management Process with respect to the Bond Liquidation Group.
The planned effective date of these amendments is 20 July 2022.
2. Required action
In conjunction with the Default Management (DM) Process, each Clearing Member with a Clearing License for the aforementioned products is required to submit to Eurex Clearing the updated completed version of the attached Bonds Trading Sheet until 20 August 2022.
As of today, Eurex Clearing will also provide the Bonds Trading Sheet on the Eurex Clearing Website www.eurex.com/ec-en/ under the following link: Find > Forms.
3. Details of the initiative
All Clearing Members clearing Repo Transactions and GC Pooling® Repo Transactions are required to submit a completed Bonds Trading Sheet. On the basis of the submitted Bonds Trading Sheet, Eurex Clearing will determine for which DM Auctions the relevant Clearing Member shall be invited as Participant.
With the contemplated amendments, Eurex Clearing will further specify the Issuer Type/Bond Type by adding the currency level to the Bonds Trading Sheet.

Unless the context requires otherwise, terms used and not otherwise defined in this circular shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG or FCM Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG, as applicable.
