Eurex Clearing
1. Introduction
Following the announcements of the Bank of England and the London Stock Exchange that clearing infrastructure will be closed on 19 September 2022, due to the announced bank holiday for the State Funeral of HM Queen Elizabeth II, the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG decided to suspend clearing on this day for the following products:
In addition, no cash payments in GBP will take place, all cash amounts due on this day will be settled with Value Date 20 September 2022.
In all other products, clearing at Eurex Clearing will take place as previously announced.

2. Required action
Please take the additional UK bank holiday into consideration for your clearing activity.
Kindly refer to Eurex Circular 088/22 for the decision Eurex Deutschland has taken related to the suspension of trading in above products.
Unless the context requires otherwise, terms used and not otherwise defined in this circular shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Clearing Conditions or FCM Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG, as applicable.
