1. Introduction
With this circular, Eurex Clearing announces the introduction of the next Member Section Release October 2023, which will be available as of Wednesday, 25 October 2023.
The following changes and enhancements will be introduced with this release to provide higher protection for personal data in the Member Section:

Overview of functional enhancements:
Changes to the Admission Administrator role
The role of the Admission Administrators will be segregated by the respective markets to ensure an enhanced level of data privacy. By default, all active Admission Administrators will keep their permissions for all markets the company is admitted for. The responsible Central Coordinator will be able to revoke the market-specific permission if an Admission Administrator should focus on certain market admissions. The Central Coordinator is also able to assign the relevant market permission to another Member Section user who should take over the role of Admission Administrator for other market(s) the company is admitted for.
New Member Section users will be able to request the Admission Administrator roles/permissions limited to the market they intend to manage the admissions for. If needed, the Admission Administrator can request such role at any time for additional markets to manage the admissions for multiple markets.

Unless the context requires otherwise, terms used and not otherwise defined in this circular shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Clearing Conditions or FCM Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG, as applicable.
