HedgeWeek awards Eurex “Best Global Trading Venue”
Determined by the votes of HedgeWeek’s subscribers including institutional investors, wealth managers, fund managers and other industry professionals, Eurex has been awarded “Best Global Trading Venue” at the Seventh Annual HedgeWeek Global Awards, presented on 26 February, 2016.
Previously a winner of Best European Trading Venue at these awards, this was the first time that HedgeWeek combined both US and Europe for the Global award.
The ceremony was naturally held at an exclusive venue in the heart of the hedge fund community in London and the event did not fail to deliver. The exclusivity was matched by the guest list, with only leading industry names in attendance celebrating the achievements of the best performing managers and service providers in 2015.
Catherine Alexander, Vice-President buy side relations Eurex London, collected the award. “We are delighted to have been recognised as the Best Global Trading Venue in what is a highly competitive market and particularly from the buy-side community, which is a core and valued client base to Eurex”.
