Eurex Clearing
On 21 May the European Commission launched a broad review of the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR), one of the centerpieces of the European response to the financial crisis. As part of this review, the Commission published a questionnaire to gather public feedback on key aspects of EMIR, which includes reporting, trading and clearing requirements for OTC derivatives as well as requirements for clearing houses and trade repositories.
