130 interested participants attend the Derivatives Forum in Frankfurt
Covered were topics such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, the future impact of blockchain technology and the opportunities that will unveil from Brexit.
Prof. Dr. Christian Rieck kicked off the innovation discussions with an entertaining ‘Food for Thought’ talk, on whether the machine or humans would win the battle of efficiency.
A Brexit panel uncovered the complexities arising and the anticipated challenges ahead. Matthias Graulich, Member of the Executive Board, provided insights into Eurex Clearing’s Partnership Program and the efforts taken to help customers stay on top of the situation and to consider that ‘the glass is half full’.
The informative and insightful afternoon was round off by product focused breakout sessions on futurization and innovative products such as Total Return Futures or the Corporate Bond Index Futures, Experts from Union Investment, BlackRock or J.P. Morgan provided comprehensive insights into Eurex’ innovative pool of products.
