Eurex
Eurex introduced €STR futures in January 2023, followed by three-month TONA futures in May. How does the transition to new risk-free rates create opportunities for our market participants?
Experts from Eurex, Osaka Exchange (OSE), Futures First, Citi and University of Portsmouth shared their views in the Eurex and OSE webcast hosted by Acuiti.
Topics included finding the right strategy for the introduction of €STR and TONA derivatives, and if and how the divergence in financial policies between Europe and Japan will create opportunities.
Additional topics were whether RFRs will be traded in the U.S. market and if this will create opportunities for trading firms, what we can expect in the Euro and Yen markets, and how liquidity and participation in the new risk-free rates will develop in Europe and Japan.
Don't miss these valuable expert opinions on one of the most important changes in the capital markets. Watch our on-demand webcast “The Euro and Yen Ibor transition – New trading opportunities in derivatives” here.
