Summary:
This circular contains information in respect to amendments to the Clearing Conditions and the General Conditions for Participationin the following areas:
1. Set-off of claims within the Individual Clearing Model under Eurex Clearing AG Documentation
(“ICM-ECD”),
2. Editorial changes with respect to the Clearing Member‘s obligation to demand margin under the
ICM-ECD,
3. Changes to the Client Clearing Documentation (“ICM-CCD”),
4. Editorial changes in the Conditions for Utilization of the Eurex Trade Entry Services (General Conditions for Participation).
The updated sections of the Clearing Conditions and the General Conditions for Participationas decided by the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG are attached to this circular.All amendments will come into effect on 8 September 2014.
