3. Amendmentsto the ClearingConditions for Eurex Clearing AG (Clearing Conditions) in relation to a Difference Claim Determination
Eurex Clearing AG intends to amend certain provisions regarding the determination of a Difference Claim towards a Member in default.
The Consultation on proposed changes of Special Provisions of Eurex Clearing AG will start on 3 June 2014 and shall end on 3 July 2014.
