Eurex Clearing Readiness Newsflash | Reminder decommissioning of unsupported AMQP ciphers
Dear Client,
Following Eurex Clearing Readiness Newsflashes from 23 May 2022 and 20 September 2022, Eurex Clearing would like to remind FIXML users of the decommission of outdated ciphers in AMQP.
The following ciphers have not been supported by Eurex Clearing AMQP brokers in simulation since 18 July 2022 and will no longer be supported in production as of 19 November 2022:
The impacted ciphers are all containing *_CBC_* including:
- SSL_RSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA
- TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA
- TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA
Clearing Members currently connecting with these ciphers should update their AMQP libraries with supported ciphers to ensure a successful connection.
