With this Newsflash, we would like to draw your attention to the upcoming publications, events and actions necessary for the ongoing initiatives:
01 Dec | Amendments to the Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG - Consultation | End of Consultation: Consultation regarding introduction of cash settlement and risk assignment rules to establish a matched book after failure of other measures taken during the Default Management Process (DMP) |
01 Dec | Amendment to the Clearing Conditions and the FCM Regulations of Eurex Clearing AG | The Amendments (A. to C.) of the Clearing Conditions will come into effect. |
