Eurex Clearing
1. Introduction
The Executive Boards of Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Clearing AG took the following decisions with effect from 5 February 2024:
The new Liquidity Provider scheme for Futures on the Emerging Market USD Sovereign & Sovereign Owned Index and Futures on the Bloomberg Sterling Liquid Corporate Index will support the growth in traded activity of the two products.
For details of the Liquidity Provider schemes, please refer to the attached PSS.
The new quotation requirements will be valid from 5 February 2024 until 31 December 2025.

2. Required action
There is no action required for participation.
3. Details of the initiative
To further support the adoption of for Futures on the Emerging Market USD Sovereign & Sovereign Owned Index and Futures on the Bloomberg Sterling Liquid Corporate Index, Eurex introduces a new Liquidity Provider Scheme effective from 5 February 2024.
Market participants at Eurex Deutschland will be entitled to receive monetary incentives in the form of fee rebates and additional incentives upon fulfilling the order-book quoting requirements specified in the PSS 19 attached. Such additional monetary incentives will continue until the 31 December 2024.

Unless the context requires otherwise, terms used and not otherwise defined in this circular shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Clearing Conditions or FCM Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG, as applicable.
