Nomination and Remuneration Committee

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) supports the Supervisory Board in matters relating to remuneration, succession planning, and corporate governance. Its responsibilities include overseeing the appropriateness of the Executive Board remuneration system and the Remuneration Policy.

The NRC is also responsible for identifying candidates for Executive Board positions, preparing proposals for the election of Supervisory Board members, and conducting periodic assessments of the composition, performance, knowledge, skills, and experience of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board and their respective members.

The NRC is currently composed of four members of the Supervisory Board.
