Improved Emergency Notification function

The Emergency Notifications Tool (ENT) is used to send emergency messages to Clearing Members via e-mail and text message in emergency situations. We will upgrade our internal technical infrastructure and will introduce an improved user interface. 

To ensure that the stored contact information for the emergency messages is up to date, we kindly ask participants to log in to the Member Section after the introduction on 27 March 2023 and go to "My Profile > Emergency Notifications" to review their provided contact information such as e-mail address and phone number and, if required, make updates to ensure a reliable communication.

Please make sure to review your stored contact information on an annual basis.

QCS Application - Confirmation of practical experience

The Admission Administrator is now able to confirm in the Member Section as part of the admission, sufficient expertise of applicants to perform the Qualified Clearing Staff (QCS) functions. There are two options to do so:
 

  • the Admission Administrators confirm the qualification directly in the admission application
  • in case Admission Administrators are not able to confirm the qualification, they can upload a document received by the Compliance Officer that confirms the qualification in the admission application

The upload functionality is only available for Admission Administrators as part of their profile. 

There is no action required.
