Eurex Clearing Readiness Newsflash | C7 Release 8.1, Prisma Release 11.1: Preparation for the migration weekend

Dear Clearing Member,

With this Newsflash, Eurex Clearing would like to get Clearing Members prepared for the production launch of C7 Release 8.1 and Prisma Release 11.1 on the migration weekend. All Eurex Clearing Members are affected by the introduction of C7 Release 8.1 and Prisma Release 11.1.

As announced in Eurex Clearing Circulars 078/21 and 020/22, C7 Release 8.1 and Prisma Release 11.1 will be launched in production on 27 June 2022 and simulation has been available since 6 December 2021. 

Please be aware of the following events taking place on the release migration weekend:

• Friday, 24 June 2022:
  During the end-of-day process, all Eurex Clearing FIXML messages and all C7 Clearing Member reports will be sent out using the current format. The same applies for Transparency Enabler Files as well as Prisma Member reports.

• Saturday, 25 June 2022:
  For Clearing Members' convenience, a migration report of the “All Active Series” report (RPTTA711) will be provided on Saturday afternoon. The report will contain the same data as the report generated on Friday, 24 June 2022, however this will provide the new format layout. The report can be found on the Common Report Engine (CRE) with the following name: 00RPTTA711PUBLI20220624MIGR.XML. In addition, a start-of-day set of Prisma Transparency Enabler Files for Business Day 27 June 2022 will be provided in the new format layout in the course of Saturday.

• Monday, 27 June 2022: 
  The additional attributes will be included in the Eurex Clearing FIXML interface, C7 GUI, all C7 Clearing Member Reports as well as Prisma Transparency Enabler Files (EOD version).

Please also note: From Monday, 27 June to Friday, 1 July 2022 (CW27), the Eurex Clearing C7 GUI will not display the new attributes for expired contracts, due to the fact that such contracts will not be adjusted to the new layout. After this period, expired contracts will be automatically removed from the view.
