Eurex Clearing Readiness Newsflash | New section "Support" to be launched on the Eurex Clearing website - changelogs


Dear Clearing Member,

We are pleased to announce that Eurex Clearing and Eurex Exchange will introduce the new section "Support" on the website www.eurex.com as of 1 March 2021

By introducing the "Support" section, we will streamline the service and support experience by consolidating all service and support content in the new dedicated section. Through this optimised operational set-up, clients will benefit from reduced administrative effort, as they will find all content relevant for operations, projects and support in one place.

What will change?

Besides a lot of new support-related content that will be published for the first time, the content currently published under "Tech" and "Initiatives" will be integrated in the new “Support” section on the Eurex website as of 1 March 2021:

  • Eurex Clearing:

"Tech": Current location: www.eurex.com > Clear > Tech

"Initiatives": Current location: www.eurex.com > Clear > Find > Initiatives

  • Eurex Exchange:

"Tech": Current location: www.eurex.com > Trade > Tech
(The German version currently located under www.eurex.com > "Handel > Technologie" will cease to exist.)

"Initiatives": Current location: www.eurex.com > Trade > Find > Initiatives

All links to the webpages and documents that are currently published under the navigation areas “Tech” and “Initiatives” will change. 

In order to provide you with an overview of all changes, we have published a changelog with all affected webpages and a list of the new links to the new "Support" section. The new links will be activated on 1 March 2021. The changelog is available under this link:

We kindly ask Eurex Clearing Members to review any active scripts they might be using and make adjustments if required.
