Eurex Clearing will comply with the German market, i.e. Eurex Clearing will align its processing with Clearstream.
As Eurex Clearing nets different trades with different trade dates in one delivery instruction, Eurex Clearing needs to process CA events on trade and not on settlement instruction basis. Therefore, Eurex Clearing will use the opt-out-flag for all settlement instructions (i.e. intra-CSD as well as cross-border instructions) in order to avoid any compensation of CA on delivery instruction basis. Eurex Clearing sets the opt-out-flag in every settlement instruction, that means an opt-out-flag is set in own and on behalf instructions sent by Eurex Clearing to T2S.
