Eurex Clearing will keep its current late delivery fines. Eurex Clearing will monitor settlement efficiency with T2S. In case of considerable changes in settlement efficiency, Eurex Clearing will analyze its existing fines regimes. The existing handling of late deliveries (e.g. timing of buy-in auctions) will be aligned with new T2S business day.

Eurex Clearing will systematically publish information on the Eurex Clearing website. In addition, Eurex Clearing will publish the official release documents, which will be available well in advance of each T2S migration wave.
